Hi, I was wondering if the saw is supposed to lock completely at 0° (90° angle) bevel. When it's at a 90° angle, it is locked and cannot move to the right....but it can move to left of 0°. Is there no actual locking mechanism...only the handle to tighten it up a bit? Brand new saw for me and want to make sure there is nothing wrong. Thanks Ruby
