Hi. I have the above Trimmer, though Ryobi online chat don't recognise the model number, and I'm not clear from the instructions, how to make the spool feed out more nylon cord. With my old trimmer, you used to bang it on the ground but that obviously isn't the case here. I can do it by completely removing the spool but sure that isn't the right way ! So any advice on doing it properly would be much appreciated. Cheers.
