Guys, I'm happy to inform you all that we're getting closer to cracking this mystery! Apparently, chainsaws can be equipped with a vast array of attachments! Including a cut-off saw!

Bottom centre of the picture with an orange body and white handle. What is that??? I want to say it's a chainsaw, but as I looked closer, I realized it doesn't really look like a chainsaw. Although it has the main body of a chainsaw, the main difference here is it lacks the blade of a chainsaw and has three metal pipes attached to it in a triangular setup.
