I purchased the 3/8" ratchet from Home Depot, which was a different part number than what is listed in the title of this thread. I didn't realize it wasn't the model advertised on Milwaukee's website. That model only have 35lb of torque, so when it wouldn't un-screw a loose bolt, I figured it was due to the lower torque. I ordered the 55lb model (2557-20) online and received it today. Am I missing something? I can stop this thing from turning by gripping the socket with my fingers. It has no power. So this is the second model with no power.
Did I just happen to receive two defective models or are these things just weak?
