Question. Does the D25551 uses SDS, SDS Max or SDS Plus??? I want to insert into the chuck an adapter chuck that will allow me to use more readily available bits of newer spline design.

Specifically I needed to know the spline type design that is inserted into the chuck.

What type of bits do the Dewalt model # D25551 , Type 2. 1 9/16"rotary drill/ hammer drill/ hammer combo. uses??? Also what adapter chuck is recommended to use ordinary 1/2" drill bits
