Took it down to the hardware store I bought it from, they say it's still under warranty and should take around 3-4 weeks for Milwaukee to get it fixed and back to me. We'll see. Good unit though when it works.

How hard is it to order replacement parts from them (or elsewhere)? How would I even know what part number to order?

Works fine when it does, but sometimes you pull the trigger and nothing happens, no whirring, grinding, just nothing. Sometimes if you swap batteries and jiggle the whole thing just right it starts, or not. I plan to clean the battery contacts, but what else should I be checking? Trigger maybe? How hard are they to disassemble to look for problems? I've got a ton of M18 tools, never had one do this before.
