Hiya - I have a GET 125 sander and the backing pad is, to be blunt is pretty rubbish and worn out after a short while - my Makita I can put a cheap and cheerful replacement on and change - however this is definitely not the case here. £30 + is outrageous for a backing pad, I use sanders a lot as a decorator and need a cheap alternative.
Does anyone have a solution or know of a cheap place to buy or how to change the fitting to accept an ordinary backing pad, like the Makita held in place with three screws?
Any help would be great.
