Which both parts the center and the outer edges are both level on mine, just the outer edges are higher than the center.

I have a SPT99-11 10" saw and it has the same exact problem. I spent an hour trying to get the insert level before I realized that everything between the two miter slots is lower than the edges outside of the miter slots
