Dewalt 54v vacuum alarm issues

Has anyone had issues with the low suction alarm on the flexvolt vacuum? Every time i attach mine to the sander or floor cleaning kit it sounds making it unusable. I had it changed over at the shop but the new one does the same thing ( not sure if its a faulty batch as it had the same date code). Dewalt rep isnt being overly helpful at present. Cheers

I am having the same issue here in Australia.. its a pain in the ass for me and my customers
