  1. A pin nailer could be a good 12v option for Milwaukee. I wish they would announce a miter saw too though. I may be getting a miter before the end of the year and would like all the players in he field before I make a choice

  2. I half-looked at the dewalt one a while ago.  I found better cost/performance alternatives to be the Ryobi ones like the RY141900 (2000 psi model) or the RY14122 (1700 psi model).  I ended up not buying anything and just borrowing, i also dont need it for professional use.

  3. I have a Dremel one i got in a 3 tool bundle.  It doesn't have quick change on my model, which is pretty annoying.  I would at least narrow your choices down to ones that do!  Mine is also corded, and the cord is like 3-4 feet, so that is also annoying.  But its got power to handle most everything i needed it too.  Accessories are expensive, especially sand paper.  I always hit up Menards when they have their cheapest brand on sale.

  4. That's hilarious. That is how I'm going to start rolling into my Home Depot! I am still confused though, what was this from?

  6. Appreciate the feedback pmiller383, Moxy, Hatter512......what batteries you guy's using??

mine came with the compact lithium one shown in YiKKit's.  i think its supposed to be the 1.5 ah model. though my math says its really 1.3333ah (using the 24wh listed on back).

Here's my testing i did with 2" nails in the 2x4. According to my little steel rule the nails sticking out are 3/32" out from the surface, which is on lowest power. The ones sunk in were on highest.

I use Grip Rite brand nails, I like them because they come in a hard plastic case instead of a cardboard box, and in  the future I can just refill it with the cardboard ones.
