Hey guys just want to share some of the ideas I came up with for my shop. Hope they can help a few people and hope more people post to this thread
I have a 11' wide 24 ' long and 7.5 'high shop I try to hang as much as i can from the ceiling
I screwed I bolts to the joists and used straps from harbor freight to hold up my air filter so it would hang low
I found planter hangers that are used to hang those rectangular planters off a deck railing to hold my long festool track and pole braces
Took scrap aluminum window frames from a job screwed them to the ceiling and I slide my panel cutting jig in and out when I need it
Had some left over 3" pvc made a few drill holders and one for my plumbers torch
Hope these are useful to someone.

Gotta get the right one:
No joke, this has been the best little air compressor I've ever had in last ten years since I got it. Quiet, powerful, quality. I will hold on to this til it or I quits, and that's coming from Milwaukee guy [emoji2]
I'm serious when I say it, it's pretty dang quiet for that type of compressor.

I've been looking for a small quiet compressor what kind of guns are you running on it. Looking for one that if needed I can run a framing nailer for a small rough out

Before you rip it out locate the property line off the fence and put in a concrete marker incase the current owner or new owner get cute this way it's out in plain sight that this is the property line. Then I would suggest moving it or removing it all together

We have 5 more TE76s and they are heavily used. Your right it's not apples to apples. I I think I'll fix it and grab a Bosch just to put it thru its paces and see what it can do. Money's tight now but hoping for a nice check in January. Thanks for the adviceThe TE76 is a beast. You aren't going to get the same performance from a $700 Bosch. I would fix the Hilti.
How many years have you had it? How much abuse did it take?
Do you think a Bosch that's 1/3 the price will be the same?
Don't get me wrong, Bosch makes good stuff, but it isn't really apples to apples so to speak.
There will come a time when Hilti will just replace it.

Hey guys we have a Hilti TE76 that needs close to $700 in repairs. A new Hilti TE70 ( new model ) would cost about $1700 new. I figure for 700 I could get a good Bosch. I know that Hilti is a great tool but money is tight at work. Can anyone recommend a good Bosch combo model.

Don't have that set but I have used husky sockets with no issues before and I will continue to buy them for light to medium duty use. I have a cheap set in my truck just in case. At work we have a set in each truck never had a complaint .

I love the cases I save them give them out or repurpose then for a different tool or use them as organizer for smaller tools
