Or have one section for woodworking, one for plumbing, automotive, welding, electrical, lawn and garden, tools. Separate it out by trade??? Then Id like to see another section of "projects" or "what are you working on" I don't care what line of work you are in I always love seeing what people are up to. Then no matter
I do agree about stream lining it so initially there are only a handful of options. Then once you go into that particular section there would be more options. Like you chose tools. Then once you are in there you can pick hand tools, power tools etc.,etc.,

I think its a great Idea. I like watching videos of like mined fellow crew members.
I think we should also have an Automotive and small engines section. Where you can post questions or just post what your working on. I fell I can actually help people in this area. Electical and plumbing I'll need to rely on you guys. But thats what makes this Forum so great and there is such a wide variety that can help everyone out.
Ive got SEVERAL to look at if anyone is interested.

But seriously, this is very cool, never did things like this, we just worked on the farm or the construction site with my Dad, never any of this fun stuff ha.
Can't wait to get my son into tools and building and making things like this, uh-oh better watch what I get him started with, he's going to drain my bank account!

When mine were about 4 or 5 instead of buying them plastic toys Id buy them harbor freight hammers and tape measures etc.,etc., They use them and still have them today
Very very awesome bro I know the feeling of being proud of those little guys I love when my kiddos are right by my side watching and learning. Great job man!
Thanks!!!!!!!

I bought this Arctic Cove several years ago. Awesome little mister We take this to the boys football practice and games. Its a big hit on the fields with our team and others. Now our team has 3 of these. Only thing we found to be an issue is the back cover keeps popping off form the hinge. On all 3 of these.
So here is a fix for this issue I came up with. Not the prettiest but gets the job done.
Hope this helps someone out.

I think my air compressor is one of the top 10 most used tools in my shop/garage from airing up kids footballs and baskets balls to running air tools, sand blast cabinet to running my plasma cutter.
So I need to make sure it last along time. I have a Husky Pro 60 gallon 3.2hp 10.2 SCFM @ 90psi (Not top of the line but top of the line for me LOL) Still a great compressor Ive had for many many years already and no problems at all.Just the first part of this video talks about if it works or not. The rest is just updates and stuff thats going on

Wow, fantastic stuff with your son dude. I wish I had a child to share such experiences with. Your a good dad dude!!
Thanks
They do have a big brother big Sister program Im not 100% but Pretty much its for kids that need good roll models in their lives.

Priceless....thanks for sharing. Built a couple of those when I was a wee lad.
I remember doing this with my dad. Awesome way to get your kids in the shop and introduction to tools and making stuff with their own hands. (Which mine have done since they could walk LOL)
The boys did a great job 2late!! You taught them well.
Thanks for the kind words.
Awesome dude, great memories as a kid making the cars with my dad. Learned quite a bit and no they weren't the prettiest but I made them myself

Exactly When you see a Tiger cub (first year about 6yrs old) come in with one that is pristine and custom paint job or what ever. This does nothing for that kid. You will learn more by doing than being told how to do something or watching someone else do it for you
awesome job, did that with my boy years ago, we used teflon on the nails.
one thing.... get those boys wearing safety glasses at all times.....
Yeah for the most part I have them always wearing a pair. When we first started cutting I had to stop the band saw tell them something start it back up and restart it. Every time I stopped it they would take them off and I wouldn't catch it till later (Worried more about them chopping fingers off or a million other things And I know it only takes one time. but yes I agree. That is one of the best habits to get into.
Really enjoyed watching your vids on YouTube.
Thanks I cant tell you how appreciative I am of that.

Had to bevel the edges of his turret
Shop tip Use the Eraser end of a pencil as a sacrificial digit instead of your own. The Eraser end still gives good grip and is very accurate.

I bought a metal detector last summer, dug up the entire yard. We found so really neat stuff. Really neat shovel, happy hunting.
I found a baseball token/coin in my back yard and a WHOLE bunch of modern pennies
Very cool looking shovel 2late!
Thanks I appreciate it

Nice shovel design. I need one those shovels here in Texas too.
I based the design off of http://www.predatortools.com/products/model-35-piranha basically a $100 shovel. One of their most popular
Looks like a self defense shovel too!
