This would be an awesome upgrade to my current impact. I won't vote for myself. Besides there are others who are more active than I am. Let's face it, i became active again when the giveaways started lol. If one of the regulars feel strongly towards someone getting it let me know. I'll send my Vote in a PM

This is hard to pick. Anything would be awesome to win. I have to answers for this. The first is what I want and the second is what I need or would use the most. Let's face it, if I could get them all I would take them all. I'd be like a kid in a candy store..
WANT:The Ingersoll Rand
Need/ Use : would have to be the Klein stuff
The Kobalt would be nice but I'm on the Red team.

I was too late! Nice set of tools tho. I have USA Craftsman hand tools from lo these many moons ago, and they've always treated me well. That's why I'm so sensitive to the Sears warranty issue. But I hope they do well for you.
I know what you mean about the warranty issue. These should do will for what I do

You'd score major points if you said, "Honey, let's use my gift card on baby clothes." Just sayin'.
And congrats, man.
Lol we aren't due until June and don't know the sex yet. She let me get what wanted. She got to get the stuff to repaint a dresser so I got tools
Plus the baby will need tools at some point. Just investing in his or her future

Also picked up a cheap magnetic level to use. When I lived at home with my parents I had access to all kinds of tools.

This is what I ended up with from sears today. I have a smaller set in my car that I use often. I may switch this one with the one in my car. It will be nice to have one in my car and in the apartment.
Total spent after the gift card was $38

Buy clothes and shoes for your wife, and take her clothing and shoes budget to the tool department at Lowe's, Home Depot, or some other such place that's likely to be in business a year from now to honor their warranty.
lol wife's pregnant. Now is not a good time for clothes lol. I'm not worried about the warranty. It is what it is.

Well I know it's a little late but I can say I had an amazing Christmas! The wife definitely spoiled me and of course I got some things for myself Waiting on the 18v/12v rapid charge station and I got a free 12v fuel hackzall from work with a promotion they had going on at our local Milwaukee dealer! Gonna get all my tools together for a little Milwaukee tool porn picture here pretty soon!
That's an exciting set of tools!

Would you guys rather have the UTB or an awards week style with more tools being given away in greater numbers. I know people like a big win though too.
I think both are exciting in their own way. Personally I like the awards week because it makes me feel like I have a better chance of winning lol.

Ok crew what are your worst handfools that you have owned?
Handfools- the worst tools you ever owned.
Me an JMG we're talking over in the chat room, an came up with this word. It came about cause my inproper spelling.
In no particular order I listed the first ten I thought of.
1. Black an decker battery powered adjustable wrench
2. Craftsman indexing head pry bar
3. Husky interchangble head tin snips
4. kobalt locking pliers
5. Harbor freight Calipers
6. Harbor freight wood chisel set
7. Craftsman multi cutter
8. Kobalt digital tourque wrench
9. Tool shop tin snips
10. Masterforce 36" folding bolt cutters
I received a black and decker battery powered adjustable wrench on year. I have to agree that it's not very good. I still have it. But never use it. I have a hard time getting rid of a tool even if it is junk.
