The other brand I would strongly look at is sawstop. Thats because I use one on a daily basis. Thats good to hear on the rigid table saw though. I have a 14" bandsaw and drill press that work well.

I'm looking at the delta 5000 series with the biesemeyer fence.
Im a huge delta/porter cable/rockwell owner.
So with what your saying, would a 2015/2016 ridgid saw have the upgraded trunnions?

Well Im glad you've had better results with your ridgid table saw. Looks great. I had one a year ago and the rear cast trunnion was out of spec every time I beveled the blade and brought it back to 0 the rear trunnion would shift causing the blade to heal badly in the rear. Ultimately I sold it.

I've watched TIA on youtube throughout the years, figured I'd join the forums.
I'm a full time cabinet builder of 13 years, part time welder, and part time rancher.
Currently rebuilding/refinishing a rifle vise that was made from oak. Ill post a few project pictures in a bit.
