This is what I did that worked. You can see the problem in the image. Grind both tabs until "almost" as narrow as the Ryobi. This is probably why it fits some and not others... the Ryobi is marginal and each Ryobi is a little different. Guessing, I would say the BOSCH tab is 75% wider than the RYOBI.
