At work we now go with duraPEX. We do copper and CPVC for tapping into/ altering existing installs; but Pex is the way to go. Much easier and faster to install. The price is hard to beat. As someone else mentioned, the pipe itself can freeze and expand. It's not supposed to split/ rupture when it does.

I'm a plumber and electrician. I live in rural Nebraska. The company I work for does a lot of dirt work as well. We bury irrigation pipe and wire as well as land tiling.

I have a set of Weras. They are pretty good. I don't use them very often but whenever I do, they always get the job done.

Cleaned out my Veto. Forgot to take a picture of it loaded up. I got to recommend Veto. They are a great quality product. Cleaned out plenty of extra "junk" that gathers up at the bottom.
