dewalt battery

hi all, new guy on here , would like to pick your brains please.  bought a new dewalt 18v cordless drill it came with two 4ah batteries from Screwfix. out of the box both batteries lit up only 2 bars out of 3 max so i charged both of them up for over an hour on the charger

  one now reads 3 bars full charged reading but the other battery still only reads 2 bars

 

  what would you do?

All sorted--- turns out all i had to do was push the battery on further into the charger where it clicked locked  into place  . not obvious to durrbrain boy here at first . 

   Screwfix were more than happy to replace said battery or indeed refund me all of my money, thats a sign of good company  service
