Rhydm Posted July 14, 2021 Report Share Posted July 14, 2021 Hi folks, wonder if you can offer a little advice please. Does anyone on here have the service manual for the DW720 please? I already have the user manual, but I need more detail in order to sort out some of the issues with my saw. One of the issues I have is how to remove the yoke clamp arm. It has a flush finished nut with a square slot in it that I haven't come across before. You can see it on the taller of the three pictures attached. I need to remove it so that I can tighten the guide bearing roller bolt. In the old machines this was tapped into the framework, but on the 720 it's a pretty daft design as the free nut is neither accessible nor captured. The other issue is the bevel clamp lever won't tighten as it balks against the motor.. I'm hoping that the service manual will help with these an more. Any support gratefully received.
