Catdoc Posted June 18 Report Share Posted June 18 Last week I bought a Dewalt DCST 922 string trimmer mainly to have compatible batteries with my two combo sets. First time out my DCB 107 from the combo set lasted about 11 minutes which wasn't bad but I wanted more so I bought a DCB 205. Popped it on the charger and when it was done it lasted for about 37 minutes. Not bad but was hoping for more. This week my wife tried it and said the big battery wasn't lasting any longer than the smaller one. I put the 205 on the charger last night and went out today, it worked for about 30 seconds and that was it! The 107 still runs the same as it did the first time I tried it on the trimmer. I looked online at different charger/battery compatibility charts and only found one that lists my combination but it does show that they are compatible.
