We are spraying a ceiling Friday and will be bringing our 25 gallon to the site. I have done it with a smaller compressor and it sucks having to wait for it to pump back up.As another suggestion. Don't use powder texture. Just thin regular drywall mud. This way you eliminate possible dry chunks in your mix.thanks overanalyze. i would have never started the project with the tiny PB 4 gallon air compressor. which actually have the same cfm than the minimum cfm from the hopper gun.ya im going to use the "ready to use" drywall mud and just mix it with some water. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
