Mondo1310
Seriously considering picking this up for the price. I wish that I could justify owning the Milwaukee or Dewalt miter for my use. My other option was the HF miter but the Ryobi seems better quality about the same price since HD has it on sale right now. What dose the crew think? http://m.homedepot.com/p/Ryobi-15-Amp-12-in-Sliding-Miter-Saw-with-Laser-TSS120L/205673791
DaveJr.
Don't think you can go wrong with it for the price if you don't use it everyday. The saw you linked to is a 10" not a 12".
MForce1307
With laser and a slider, stock holddown..I wouldn't wait too long to get it for the price... Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
DaveJr.
My HD still has a stack of these, at least a dozen on display.
Mondo1310
Definitely not going to use it daily. But the 12inch just looks amazing especially with a Diablo blade on it.

Upgrade the blade when you get it home and for about $270 you can have a really decent slider with a higher end crosscut blade for finish work. Or just stay stock for a while and at $199 you can't lose. Ryobi makes good tools dude and though I only have one it is an awesome tool that has worked for me for a couple of years without any issues.
khariV
I'd definitely say go for it. I've picked up quite a few Ryobi tools of late and I have to say that I've been impressed with all of them. That's a heck of a deal for a saw of that size that doesn't come from HF.
