rspierenburg Posted June 10, 2019 Report Share Posted June 10, 2019 Hi, I purchased a Ryobi 16" 18v Hybrid mower in 2017 and 99% of the time I'm running it off of 2 4ah batteries. The other day, the batteries were dead so I tried to use an extension cord. When I start the mower both the blue indicator lights turn on but the mower engine doesn't start. I have the safety key in the correct position and I've tried 3 extension cords and 3 different outlets as well. I'm hoping someone can help me out with some things to try as there seems to be no service centers near me (Halifax, NS, Canada).
