Rod Coates Posted June 11, 2019 Report Share Posted June 11, 2019 Hi, I have a edge trimmer (ART26li) which is 10 years old and still works well. I also have a newer power drill and even newer hedge trimmer. The batteries (18v) from both the the drill and hedge trimmer do not work in the edge trimmer but the battery from the edge trimmer works on the drill and hedge trimmer. It would be good to be able to use the newer batteries on the edge trimmer which probably gets the most use.
