  1. I dont see it happening, new vette z06 is out, complete monster, camaro z28 is a track monster. Pontiac is pretty much dead. The only good car they had which was the pontiac g8 chevy rebranded as the chevy ss. A chevy trans am???¿ not happening
  2. Ive looked at them..same qauilty as the kobalt to me... Something about a matco box.... Black with red trim... Its really too bitching..i want:)
  3. Brien. This is a badass project.. Looks really cool. Great job.im jealous.lol
  4. Yea they are pretty good bits. The warranty is what really makes them worth it.. I break a hex irwin bit or a drill bit and i just text me toolman. I feel like i get free tools, i got no problem abusing the s#@t out of them:)
  5. Rebranded macs are not always the same..kinda off track. But my co worker had a pnuematic 3/8 impact..look identical to the IR version and was made by IR. The mac guy never came around to this dealer anymore so he couldnt get it fixed when it broke... Snap on sold the IR version. So my coworker gave it to the snap on guy to send out and they couldnt fix it.they said mac changed something in the gun and they couldn't get parts for it. And that mac gun was stronger then my matco 3/8 gun which is IR. If his mac dealer disappears like ours did might make things difficult. Just food for thought...remember all tool trucks have fluke. If the mac version is identical then it dont matter i guess...lol
  6. Its Matco not sure if its rebranded... Life time warranty 1/4 and up
  7. Yea its done the job and has a built in power strip in the side but the box has its limitations, ive broke the rivets on the top drawer were my sockets and ratchets are. The rivets hold up the ball bearing slides...no bigey but its time for a pro box.
  8. Thanx Javier, i would of done a video but i dont have any of ur skills.lol
  9. ↑ K.C. the home depot chat guy told me it was going to be in stock monday. But online it said offer no longer available.. He probably didnt no...oh well

  13. Sweet...i wanted to get that set that came with the ratchet free at home depot...but it currently says out of stock online...maybe a sign i should wait..hopefully something new comes out
  14. I just moved into my house and had 0 tools and since ive grown to like Milwaukee this is my old tool cart at home that i filled with a couole things, only the top drawer has any tools
  15. Sup guys, wanted to show off my kobalt toolbox that i bought for 200$ off a coworker. Its a two piece box. Its kicked ass for the last 4 years. Im currently trying to upgrade to a matxo toolbox but i have a lot of love for this silver bbq of mine.lol. Im 22 and work at a GM dealership in so-cal.. Im currently a "lubeman" and training in electrical and do a wide range of things at work from oil changes, water pumps, door handles, interior trim to trans services, tires and radiators. I have a mix of tools and still adding more all the time, thats why i love this forum..so check it out. Top drawer is the one that gets used the most. Mostly snapon sockets, ratchets, extensions with some matco swivel sockets, also magnetic socketa, torx, e-torx,snap on pry bars. First bottom drawer is full of a cornwell small plier set only 80$ and an irwin bit set that works awesome for me. Under that is som matco wrenches, some of my favorite, bluepoint ratcheting wrenches, crows feet, and line wrenches Under that is a tap and die set from matco tools... Under that is a junk drawer with extra screws Next is my hammers, air hammer, filter wrenches, and rivet guns Matco air hammer Very bottom drawer has my m18 gun, scan tool, flashlight and so...most of this stuff comes out of the drawer and sets on top of the box since its used dailey Right half of the box first drawer, extractor, bone tools, sodering gun Next is air drill, matco drill bit set, and some other goodies Under that i got all my air tools, matco 1/2 and 3/8 gun(basically IR), matco ratchets 1/4 and 3/8, die grinders IR and a snap on.. Brand new in box IR gun that i havnet yet used(my backup). Bottom right drawer has a basic fuel pressure tester, coolant pressure tester and some cup oil filter sockets The other half of the box looks like a bbq and top drawer has paper work..on top of the box is two matxo torque wrenchs. 3/8 and 1/2 Under that is just some tapes, clips, and some other stuff Under that is my screwdrivers mostly matco, lisle, Cornwell Next my craftsman wrenches, chanelocks, snap on adjustables, knipex Bottom drawer is full of pliers, from rebranded knipex to snap on The rest of the drawera besides a masters heat gun has junk and paperwork:)
  16. ↑ how do u like the combo kit...ive been thinking of getting it, but i keep wondering if big red would update the line....just seems funny to me that the rigid 12v has led ring and milwaukee doesnt... Im waiting til after the tool event.
  17. It looka pretty dam good....if i was an installer i woukd definitely pick one up. They make good use of the space and if its tough as they claim then its a nice buy...anyword on price?
  18. I use a fluke at work, never tried the Klein, Fluke is the standard in automotive and is what the tool trucks sell
  19. Id like too see that comparison too...
  20. The introduction of 5.0 is amazing..the run time is getting better and better
  21. Be nice for a fuel version that was more conpact... What i think milwaukee banked on was that the m12 fuel was its compact drill... The m18 compact that was recently released i think is a afterthought from the success of the Dewalt..and i bet they will release a fuel version b4 the year is up.
  22. In my field working on cars... Snap on makes a very small compact screw gun...but since i aint spending that kind of money for a garbage warranty ive looked at the m12 screwgun...but it really isnt as compact for car interior work as i would like it to be...so now im looking at the bosch to get in those tight areas...probably the best bet for the size.
  23. Congrats to ur son and to u dad..... My wife is 5 months pregnant with my first child...first daughter.hope she does the same
