  1. http://www.toolsnob.com/archives/2010/07/dewalt_dws535_worm_drive_circu_1.php I take it this wouldn't fit.
  2. Well done, only this week I was saying I wish there was the capability to add a rip fence. It must be a feature dewalt opted against releasing in the end as you not going to get privilege of the anti splinter strip. Come to think of it, could it be used with the guide rail.?
  3. I can't see it being sturdy enough. I'm in the process of making a router table with with chop saw brackets that click onto the leg stands. I'll post pics when I finally get time to finish it
  4. There seems to be a huge call for the 20v 2nd fix nailer. Why is it taking so long? I see a 20v grease gun is coming out, surely a nailer would generate more revenue than a grease gun??
  5. I know this is a big ask, but a gun like the paslode ppn351 on the new 18v battery platform Been banging in a lot of twist nails this week
  6. Wish I had this yesterday. I think I would use it more away from work than at work.

    Tough system

Progress has been slow tbh. I need to get back on it when I get a chance. Not a lot left to do but I keep thinking of more to do. Dewalt could take this system so much further. Has anyone in the us built any racks?

  9. If they did a download with the templates you could add your own designs. There's a competition idea for you dewalt!
  10. I have taken mine out of my 400 and put it in my 300 although it won't fit chisels they touch the lid

    Tough system

I've been meaning to upload these for a while now. Took my inspiration from Rossi7x and MrYellow. The van racking is still yet to be finished. All of my boxes lock in and are padlocked. (Had van broken into too many times) Also see a few pics of stacks of boxes onsite. Will get some more pics up when the van is complete when I get time to finish it.
  12. I would love some of those boxes. They must just be vinyl wrapped.
  13. Just seen this and thought I would share it with you all. Got me thinking of custom tough boxes now with my logo on. https://en-gb.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=526497190720135&set=pb.108606155842576.-2207520000.1370810124.&type=3&theater
  14. Would love one of these on the new battery system
  15. Just seen on tool guy d about the new socket sets and spanner sets http://toolguyd.com/dewalt-ratchets-sockets-mechanics-tool-sets/ http://toolguyd.com/dewalt-combination-and-ratcheting-wrenches/ I imagine these are going to be US only

    20v Vacum

Just seen pics of the new 20v max / 18v xr Hoover looks very handy, anyone have any news?
  17. I've been using mine for a little while, it's amazing bit of kit. Get it out of the box and go not like the paslodes that we all love to hate. Although they say it will fire 90mm ring shanks, it can't seem to sink them enough this is what the paslodes also struggle with. Other than that its great. Bump mode is very good although I seem to get a bit trigger happy when firring like this. If you've not got one or are thinking of getting one just bite the bullet you won't regret it.
  18. I hope this comes out soon, I need a new multi tool and don't want to go and buy a new fein and then this come out. Although I need the 2nd fix nailer out sooner, nearly smashed the paslode to pieces yesterday with rage.
  19. That's mr health and safety getting in the way again!! The blade being on the other side is not a prob I used to work with a guy who would buy skill saws in the us for that reason, me being left handed kinda works for me. I was gonna order one from eBay and just see how it goes, I suppose its worth a try.
  20. Is it too heavy for roofing? Cutting rafters etc What saws are you all using?
  21. I'm looking for a new circular saw for 1st fix work was wondering if anyone has the worm drive saw. I know it's not available in the uk, is there a reason why (no market for it?) Is it too heavy? Thanks Dan
  22. I don't own one but have seen them. They don't seem as "tough" as the other boxes I would only use them for fixings and fittings
  23. I carry my planer and 1/4" router in one box for when hanging doors etc and have made a divide out of ply with a groove down 2 edges so it slots in. Will take a pic tomorrow if I remember.
  24. I read on one of the review sites that they are expecting some new releases in April 2013, anyone have any ideas or inside information?
