  1. I have the Bostich combo set. It has worked great for the last few years. The pancake compressor is not going to run any big tools, but I have used it with my Senco Framing nailer. But you have to go slow so you do not drain the tank too fast. One thing that I did not like is the rubber non marring tips on the Bostich brad nailers, a couple fell apart and when I went to order more they were now discontinued.
  2. I am with Conductor on this one. I do not use the really expensive blades like a Forrest. My Irwin Marples was only $37, so not sure if it would be worth sharpening. I guess if you had the sharpening tool it would be more cost effective.
  3. I bought a new blade and slipped it on the table saw. The wife never even noticed.
  4. If you want to use a dado blade you will have to buy a cartridge for dado use. Like DR99 says if you trip the safety you have to purchase a new cartridge and blade. I think the cartridge is about $80.00.
  5. Solid advice, a good blade makes a lot of difference.
  6. Nice. I am jealous of that table. Is that wheel the height adjustment?
  7. On my SCMS I took the base plate out and made a wood zero clearance plate so that I do not get tear out on the bottom. I have not had a problem cutting a few boards stacked.
  8. Has anyone had experience with the Ridgid R26011 5 inch variable speed ROS.
