I am sorta starting to regret OVER building my 4 x 8 workbench, I do mostly small scale stuff. I been thinking of cutting it half, and to make two separate work benches.
I only regret my overbuilt bench when I have to move it. Lol otherwise it's solid

My vote is for the Makita gold as well. I also have a Hilti that is fantastic.

I have had my Colorado(canyon cousin) for about 6 yrs now. It has served me pretty well, as far as MPG and maintenance go.
I have the extended cab and there has never been enough room for me. My passenger seat sits in our crawlspace, this is so my 6 yr old can fit with his seat.
Pretty good truck overall, but I'm in the market for bigger.

Really cool Comp!!! Great work as always

I second the weatherproof box. Or what about a retractable mounted above and in between the doors. The pic will help

That looks nice man.Just remind the little man that those railroad ties can give a gnarly splinter.
For sure man! I have had to remind him a couple times to use the stairs and that the walls are not balance beams haha.

Thanks WigWag! We took this weekend off to recover a bit more. Did some kayaking, it was more relaxing than it sounds lol

Do the railroad ties smell of creosote or anything?

The only time you smell the creosote is when you cut them or drill the pilot holes for the timber screws, and that goes away quickly. Other than that no smell at all.

Just like you KnarlyCarl we have alot of water in the fields. Over by Ney and Defiance Ohio the creeks over their banks and the river has alot more water in them.
Poisonfangs85 did a tornado touch down or was that damage from straight line winds? At least they still have the port a potty.
It was a confirmed EF2. Made an 11 mile path through Pontiac and had winds at 115-125 MPH.
