I buy out of necessity. If I am doing a project that requieres something specific I will buy it. I am a saver by nature so that's how I roll. I'm also a cheap tightwad and proud of it. So even if I have the money to buy something it takes a while to part ways with the cash.
Now if I need something at work that's another story, company Home Depot card helps me in that situation.

I always see them at the checkouts at Ace hardware. They have screw drivers the same style. Amazon has some options for ya.

My leatherman Charge TTI. Can be used a s a signal device, Spear head, saw. It would come in very handy. Interested to see what other ideas people come up with.

Saw these after we renovated our whole house. I wish I had seen them earlier. We have been using them in commercial applications for a while now (charging stations at airports). Very cool and handy item to have.

Love this idea! My hard hat is like a display case of medals. It has my training stickers from various large projects. And tells you a little about me. If you take one look at it you know I like John Deere, Milwaukee tools, and my last name is very important to me. I have to wear it everyday, so why not have it be me.
