  1. Not a bad deal, the only thing i don't like about the milwaukee set, or the dewalt set is the non indicting grip side still is the same color as the indicating grip side, they should have just made the milwaukee grip all black, thats the only thing that kept me from picking them up

The only real negative I had about them was the release mechanism would be triggered too easy. Not a big deal if they will reside in an organized toolbox/drawer, but hell for me in a toolbag! I bought them a few years ago to replace some lost Wiss. Went back to Wiss very quickly.

  2. I've heard of cut out tools being referred to as a dry wall router, ina sense you could use it as a wood router if you get the bits to accept in the shaft

This is true, though it may be more common to reference the drywall tool as a cut out. Albeit I rarely use my cut out tools for drywall. I've always used my cut outs for wood/Hardie siding. I haven't seen others try that with it on YouTube or Instagram with the m18 cutout. I may film some clips comparing its ability or lack thereof to cut multiple different materials with different amp hour battery packs.

  3. I love the Milwaukee cut out tool, but i've never heard of it being a router. :-\

If it can be can you tell me were the accessories are for it being a router?

Sorry, I should have clarified that the Ridgid was a different type of tool. The Milwaukee is not a router, nor do I know of any way that it could be used as one. My apologies.

They had the Ridgid BL trim router for $108, but I don't have any ridgid batteries, and I don't have time to start my novice woodworking hobby yet[emoji17] so it'll have to wait.

  5.

Someone just did not care, let the electrician figure it out..

My Transit has two batteries under the seat, the Sprinter had the battery under my feet go figure.

It does keep the weather off the battery and corrosion down but to swap them out takes more work. I too, used my M12 ratchet to work on the battery ha

I don't remember seeing it in your van thread, but does your Transit have the diesel, or is the dual battery setup due to the fact that yours had that rearward air conditioning system?
