  1. Hey, there is a difference between a shrink suggesting you be medicated, a court mandating that you be medicated and institutionalized because you are "a danger to himself and those around him, prone to..." and being able to break out of that half assed institution that didn't even have drinking fountain proof glass. I'll let you figure out which category I fit under.

Season four had a few solid 'sodes too.

  2. Ooh sounds 'spensive. My only fear is that if I had seal skin gloves I would get into the habit of challenging people to duels, on second thought I'm buying some. Season eleven was such a damn good season. 10 and 11 are tied for best ever season.

  4. Funny enough, if you put the toaster on its side, it works fantastic to reheat small pieces of pizza!!  I've taken a toaster with me to work with some slices of leftover pizza for that purpose MMHHMM YUM

  5. I can't speak for tools but I buy redwing and Danner boots that are made in the USA and I always end up with defected boots- one boot bigger and/or longer than the other, crooked stitching, uppers crooked from the lowers. I hate to say it but I prefer a machine made boot over a hand made boot. USA tags just don't always speak quality anymore

It really is a shame. I buy Ariat work boots mainly because I go through at least one pair of boots a year, regardless of the make. And also I can go into any western ware store, and get replacement insoles, laces, or a complete new pair if I have to. Never had a huge failure thus far.

  6. I've been seeing a lot of requests recently in high end residential for outlets to be put down low in base boards. I was told the trend comes from New York, I wonder if anyone else is seeing this. I hate it lol

    It's making its way south.

  7. Bravo to those that change their own oil. It is so simple to do yet fewer and fewer people are doing it, not from laziness, but from not knowing how.

Teenagers and young adults are being taught to buy their dreams, not build them. In this case, pay someone else to do something you should be doing for yourself.

My cousins daughter in her mid 20's was late to her baby shower because she was changing her oil. Herself! Not that I recommend a petite, or any pregnant woman to crawl under and change their own oil, but I had to admire her tenacity! But if a similar scenario arises for her she knows now to give me a call!
