    Ok. I need some help. On the topic of bits, what drill bits do you all use? I've always bought cheapos knowing I will ruin them (essentially disposable tools). We are thinking of carrying drill bits in the future. Any suggestions? We specialize in German brand tools but we could potentially branch out if we have to. What do you all think?

     

    We could do a kickstarter and call it "crowd sourcing" drill bits or some other hipster BS. 

    Artisanal, small batch drill bits would make those guys with capri pants, suspenders, and mustache wax go crazy.

    In my opinion, Felo is the most underappreciated tool company, their bits are fantastic. Supposedly PB Swiss was the best based on wear (from people on various forums) but Felo has proven (to me) to be better. Wera and Wiha are very comparable to PB Swiss, in my usage. 

    Yeah Im not going to warranty them if they wear. I will warranty them if you shatter them. It really is going to be a case by case basis but for TIA people Im a little more lenient. Goes to the value of people on this board.

    I have a long list thanks to the European screwdriver sets not including a PH3, and those Felo wood handled screwdrivers..and Gedore being a surprise favorite screwdriver(wanting the non-striking cap version for the tool bag)...and those Hazet screwdrivers...and of course my Knipex addiction. Plus those FIT look interesting and I don't have any Orbis. Damn it, soo many tools and not enough money!

     

    Just remember, "you don't spend money on tools, you save money with tools".

    Yeah this is the actual first Workmo I have actually seen. It is pretty awesome. I would use something like this more than the Gedore tool trolleys or the even more expensive Assistents. Like @BMack37 mentioned though...i wish I had the money for it too.

    If you didn't see our GAW on IG you should check it out. Free tools aren't too shabby.

     

    I'll do a $25.00 gift card contest for TIA members who repost the contest. I already saw BMack and Jimbo repost (so they are entered).
