The.Handyman
Where the hell is the 20v 18ga nailer DeWalt!? 20v 15ga nailer? 12v Pin nailer? Come on already. I am still using my 10+ year old 18v NiCad versions, albeit, they are working as good as they were new. I would like to update even though the new 16ga is not really much lighter...or smaller. Also, Why isn't the 16ga out at the big box stores yet for sale? I saw a couple Milwaukee M18 nailer at Home Depot way up on the top shelf last night and those are just coming out. Online is the only abled way to get one still. Rant over. Travis
Stercorarius
They have the available nailers at stock in my HD so that's odd. I'm willing to bet that in June when they release their new tools you will see at least one new nailer.I'm not expecting a 12v nailer though. JRS5565
My good old dewalt 18v 18g died in January dang thing lasted 8 years. I replaced it with a ridged hyper drive 18g and I miss the dewalt every single nail shot. The only thing good at all about the ridgid hyper drive is its on a newer battery system. Hugh Jass
I'd rather go to 22g personally. Difference between 16g and 18g is rather minimal. I think a 16g and 22g would cover the most bases.

No need to apologize, sometimes someone sees or uses something you might not have ever seen. For example, on Ebay I recently saw a European 18 volt DeWALT track saw. I had seen a 24 volt in the past, but plain as day in the picture was an 18 volt version complete with the smaller battery base, like the later 18 volt US tools (sized for the lithium batteries)
The.Handyman
There is also a 21ga pin/brad nailer. This seems ideal but they are expensive since it is an uncommon size.
Rtorres092382
If I could get a 20v pin/Brad nailer and a stapler I would be ecstatic.
