j-kane
So I've had this saw for about 2 yrs, works awesome for casing, baseboard and small crown. However I just noticed that the table, the part that swivels, is loose and rocks back n forth side to side, which throws off the angle. Seems like there should be some kind of spacer or something between the table and the base but I can" see anything and I tightened the center bolt just enough to where it doesn't lock it up from swiveling. Anyone else have this problem or can tell me what IS the problem? This is a great saw and want to continue to use it but I can't if there's no fix for it...any advice is appeciated
framer
I just noticed my saw has the same movement. I figured I could just tighten the center bolt. But I guess you say that don't work. Is there a shim or washer under the rotating portion that can be removed or ground down?
