A friend of mine had a Maxum 31se which was a good looking boat, but man it was a lemon it needed so many repairs. The sad thing is it never worked right either I dunno what was wrong he had the carbs cleaned and adjusted a few times and even needed to have an engine replaced under warranty because of a flaw.
