Just having 1.5 ah batteries is a pain, but they have come out with 2.0 ah oversees. The system does have benefits though. I prefer the LED lighting system; it can't be beat. The belt hook is very good, it's easy to use and has a wide gap to hang to more things. The quick change bit system accepts 1" bits when needed. In my opinion the balance is great as well.The brushless runtime and battery options are a big drawback, as well as the limited Dewalt 12v line. Every bashes the led light, personally I use an head lamp if I'm going to be in a dark place. Let's say that my 18v makitas have been staying on the truckwhat hardware did u use to mount em?
