I know you'll probably not ever be fully recovered but I hope you as full of a recovery as possibleman.. makes me rethink not wearing my steel toes everyday. Was a red wing man for years and bought thorogoods on a whim. They are my boot until I retire! I wish they had an insulated pair of safety toe in 8". I had to buy a pair of Cabelas saw 800.
