DiverDn
Does anyone have any long term usage on the 8v max gyroscopic screwdriver? I was in a local store the other day and they had the DCF680N2 for $79 and thought about picking one up for use some diy projects etc. Just curious if anyone has one that they've used consistently for a while now.ThanksJohn
RickyMcGrath
It's a great little screwdriver. I've had mine for a few months. I don't think I'd justify $79 in my mind though. I pretty much only picked it up because it was an open item return and I bought it for ~$10.
Brien
I have had mine for just over a year and it pretty much lives with my electrical tools. I use it for installing switches, outlets, and face plates. It has been a real time saver for me.
Bigmikez
I think these were down to 39$ a few months ago

DiverDn
I saw his review good stuff. It's on a clearance shelf at the store so I might wait to see if they come down on it. Thanks.

DiverDn
Well, I just spent a bunch of money on the DeWalt tough box system, so the money for the screwdriver is gone for a while.

Samuel L.
I have had mine for just over a year and it pretty much lives with my electrical tools. I use it for installing switches, outlets, and face plates. It has been a real time saver for me. I use the DCF885 for that, then again pull the trigger a little to hard and the thing can go anywhere once it went into the socket and shattered the plastic.
