Bmill25
today I was gonna use my m12 ( non fuel) hammer drill and I started to use it and won't drill. The Chuck turns but I can stop it by holding it with two fingers. Any ideas?
ChrisK
Could be chucks is crapped out or the clutch is shot. I bet it's less than five years old so I'd get a free shipping label and send it in. You'll have it back repaired or replaced within a week. Milwaukee has an AWESOME warranty program!
DR99
It sounds like something went wrong with the clutch like Chrisk mentioned.

Milwaukee has an AWESOME warranty program! i second this. the warranty program is awesome, the last tool i sent in was ready within a week, so no sense in trying to fool with it yourself unless you absolutely need it daily. bothuhead19
Funny how that happens. I wonder if it was giving out any warning signs before it crapped out. Oh well, best let Milwaukee figure it out, those guys are great and they've got some excellent customer service.
