Gnyff
I have an old LT drill that I've just got a "new", used battery for. The battery is a 5.2Ah ultraM (25592000) type. Seems to be working fine (more than I can say about the drill - must open it up to investigate soon). However, even when fully charged the battery blinks with the diode closest to the test button (when inserted in the drill). The cycle is something like 15s. The only description of "blinks" I can find relates to low battery - but this is going on while a push on the test button lights all four LEDs. So now I'm really curious:Anyone having an idea of what's going on?!?
Peter Argyropoulos
Mine do the same on the charger while charging, and once they're charged. I think it's just an indicator of some sort.

D W
I had this happen with a brand new 6.2 LiHD. The right-most LED would occasionally blink once every few minutes when connected to a tool or when charging. I can't say I've seen it happen lately but it definitely happened a number of times on the first day.
John Glassey
Knowing them Germans it's some sort of mind control lol. I have the same batteries and have notice when I put freshly charged battery in the tool it did that with mine too. Then stopped after awhile.
