He makes his with miniature bolt action rifle components to push the ink cartridge out, pretty slick. Wait until you do cocobolo, in my experience(and preference) in seeing turned pens and other similar shaped items, cocobolo is the fan favorite. The reason I haven't already bought one of those you have for sale is I don't particularly care for the bulge, I know it doesn't help the learning process but I'd prefer straight body then taper to meet the tip.
