Mondo1310
Has anyone had any experience with this cord latch product? Seems like a great idea for our extension cords. For $15 on Amazon maybe worth a try. Plus its made in USA!!! http://www.amazon.com/CordLatch-CL-100-Power-Locking-Connectors/dp/B00MFLNGJ4?ie=UTF8&colid=386W63FSNHJVX&coliid=I28AQ781DDNY8P&ref_=wl_it_dp_o_pC_S_ttl
Dano123
I don't know how I would feel drilling into my cords? I usually just tie them in a loose knot or duct tape.
tonylandin
I'm with dano I tie mine in a knot. I once used a plastic product that snapped over the ends but only work on certain cords and eventually broke From a fan of tools with lots of assistance from Siri #TIACREW
JimboS1ice
I agree with dano, I don't feel too good about drilling in my cords, I have one locking extension cord, or I just tie them.
jeffmcmillan
Locking extension cords are nice until someone who doesn't know there's a lock rips a prong out trying to unplug it. I just use a strain relief knot, but that would definitely drag around corners better. I think the better solution is cordless though. For those of you worried about drilling into the cord, if there's anything but rubber where you drill there are bigger problems with the cord, and the screw looks like plastic so everything gets reinsulated anyway.

That's why no ones aloud to touch my extension cord!!! Most of mine are non-locking so I do the knot.
DaveJr.
Concord carpenter on YouTube did a video on those if you want to check it out. I always just tie the two cords in a loose knot like others have said.

Mondo1310
Looks the crew is not a fan of this accessory. I also tie a knot in my cords too, but came across this while looking at flexzilla extension cords.
