Yes I’ve found a Freud blade the right size that is for a mitre saw just wondered if anyone is using one and if they think they are getting better results with it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Freud blade on the 20v (18v) mitre ?

Hi I have the uk 18v dewalt mitre with the standard 40t blade it came with and wondered if any of you lot have ever replaced it with a Freud blade and what was the outcome ? I have a corded saw the I have a few Freud blades for and they made a big difference but wondered what it was like in the cordless saw with them being thicker blades , I was going to buy the 24t Freud as I’m sure it will still give fairly clean results but thought I would ask. new Jigsaws cordless brushless (Europe)

No but the brushes model is a bit of a concrete block compared to others that’s all I’m saying , the new one looks like they have addressed this issue Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Flexvolt 6 and 9 Ah on the 20v mitre saw ?

Bare in mind the title says on a 20v tool I’m not using them on a 60v I just want to know the difference between the two in power on a 20v mitre Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    new Jigsaws cordless brushless (Europe)

Maybe it’s built in as my bosch doesn’t have a blower switch but does blow the saw dust away Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Flexvolt 6 and 9 Ah on the 20v mitre saw ?

With the larger cells of the 9 Ah I was thinking better performance as my bosch 6.3 Ah I’m my circular saw is far better then the 5 Ah performance wise Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Hi can anyone tell me if there is much difference in power between the 6ah flexvolt battery and the 9 Ah when used on the 20v mitre saw ? The reason I ask is I’m going to buy one mainly for my miter saw but if there isn’t a lot in the performance I will get the 6 Ah as at least it will get used on a few other tools as it’s not as big but if the 9 Ah makes the saw a lot more powerful then I will buy that and leave it on the saw ? Apart from the fact it can be used as an anchor on a cruise ship ! It doesn’t have any finesse about it at all compared to the bosch which just feels right in your hand compared. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Bosch gdr 18v-200 brushless impact driver

Yes I had the same issue with my gdx I broke the led lens cover easily but bought a spare off the bosch website and replaced it but like you say the dewalt ones are fine that’s because they are recessed in to the body so they are hard to damage. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Bosch gdr 18v-200 brushless impact driver

I had the GDX with that 1/2 inch socket and 1/4 hex chuck and got rid of it as I was fed up with certain bits not fitting as the shank has to go deeper then normal before it clicks into place so certain bit holders and hex drill bits wouldn’t work as the body of them hit the tool before clicking into place! Bosh SDS Quick - how to mount drill

You can’t that is an sds drill that only takes sds plus drill bits , the other bits need to go into a normal drill chuck ! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
