M12 because of the fuel gauge. Not sure but ill guess a rivet gun
Conductor will love you for mentioning that he's been wanting an m12 rivet gun bad. The reason I'm really thinking it could be a trim nailer the market for a pure battery operated one is empty you have the senco fusion, but it's not stocked in any store at least around me.
-
I saw this on Milwaukee's facebook page they were asking for people to guess what this tool is I said it might be a trim nailer for the m12 fuel line. What do you guys think it could be?
-
I think this is why Dewalt hasn't released one because he multi tool market is saturated, but its still kind of shitty thing to do to people that do have the 20v battery platform they have the PC18v all they need to do is change the plastic on the outside to yellow and accept the Dewalt battery pack.
-
Think you might have posted in the wrong topic there Conductor I was wondering sitting there for a second trying to figure out what you were saying then I remembered the multtool thread.
-
Just sucks when you buy one thank god for the 90 day return policy most power tools have now.
-
The corded version is priced ok, but the corded one is priced out of this world I'm sure its a great tool.
-
Does fein make a cordless version?
They do but its 500 bucks. http://www.toolking.com/fein-afmm-14-cordless-multimaster-with-case-and-accessories/

The topic should say what happens :/ not what happend's I hate when I make mistakes.

I know they either keep or give away most of the tools they review, but I just watched the Husqvarna
lawnmower review how does that work out do they just get a review model to have for a short time? I just wonder how it works on some of the bigger more expensive items they review. I know some of the reviews are on tools that they also bought out of pocket. Don't worry I'm not calling you guys out on any issues with journalistic integrity or anything like that just curious on how it works.
-
Is it the stig before he bought a helmet and moved to Top Gear?
No it's the not the stig but it is the stigs's American tool reviewing cousin.
-
I think the newer bosch and rockwell tools also have it
-
This is the guy I am talking about.

Does the M12 have quick blade change?
No the M12 does not have a quick blade change its a great tool except for that omission. It's an older tool oscillating multi tool before the quick blade changes became common.
-
Yea I still don't get why Dewalt does not have a oscillating multi tool when they have one a really nice one allready made for porter cable. All they need to do is change the battery connector and the color.
-
I was having an insomniac moment and was watching some of the really old videos on your youtube channel, There was a guy that was reviewing the tools that I had never seen before, and I was wondering if anyone knew who he was and what's the story with him. I see Eric pop into later video's and then you seen Dan even later

I tried to view the pictures but I got an error message about not having permission to do that.

I have narrowed it down to the Porter Cable 18 volt and Rockwell 12 volt Sonicrafter. Also will DeWALT comeout with one for the 20v line.
I think Dewalt is supposed to have a media event soon I have no idea what tools they might announce, but lately dewalt is kinda slow releasing tools for the 20 volt max line. I have the Milwaukee m12 multitool the thing I don't like is it does not have a tool less blade change. I would go with the porter cable because you get more tools to chose from with that battery system. Ryobi has a multi tool also and itcan also use the rigid job max heads, also ryobi has a huge line a tools to choose from. The only problem with the ryobi one is its only sold as a bare tool so I don't know how much buying a charger and a battery and tool will end up costing.
-
Unless its some crazy plastic with carbon fiber I don't see how they could go to plastic with the torque these new tools are producing. It might be just be for the lower end Dewalt 99 dollar drills you see for sale all the time they just sell them to they dyier that does not know better. The old xrp and 20v max are designed and built to handle contractor grade punishment. Wow, I didn't write a post bashing Dewalt like I have been lately.
-
Milwaukee 12v line has more choices of bare tools to grow your collection of power tools. I have the small hackzall and It's been a great little tool.
-
How about a power bidet?
-
For a hammer drill it did a good job. Wouldn't want to be doing that all the time with it that's kinda drilling is where yea bring out the rotary hammer which bosch has some really nice ones out now.
-
It's tools in action UK style you are even rocking the high visabilty jack like dan does.
-
Yea, I have the paslode lion trim nailer, but I'm tempted to pick this up because Ryobi does tend to release some one off tools.
-
Well ryobi just released this I'm really surprised this didn't end up as a Milwaukee tool first it's going to hurt other cordless nailers and pneumatic nailer sales. 129 is cheap compared to anything else on the market. If they have a 16ga angled nailer it's really going to hurt.
Milwaukee teased a new tool for the M12 fuel line.

Yea I dunno If they came out with a Framing and Trim nailer this soon it would really piss Dewalt off they delayed that 20v framing nailer till 2014.
