  1. Nice collar Mike! Your gonna love that framer. I absolutely love mine. Next up....maybe the DCN660? I'm watching!!!
  2. Quite the project Kruton! Can't wait to see more pics. Also.....trying the not your daddy's with vanilla ice cream sounds pretty friggin' awesome. Now I HAVE to try that!
  3. I will probably end up putting in another heavy duty shop power supply in there too. This is a pretty fun project all in all and is being built with left over supplies (minus the drawer runners I'll end up getting).
  4. Thanks a lot Wigwag! This one is the Domino DF500 which makes mortises for free floating tenons made out of solid beechwood or Sipo (though you can make them out of any hardwood). I just finished up the casement, she is perfectly squared. I used 24 dominos for this casement spaced approximately 4-5" apart. I glues and then used my Dewalt finish nailer to hold her in place as the plywood is about a year old and has warped slightly. Not too bad having it squared right center! I made a 28" box that will eventually have two drawers for parts for the saw. The second opening is going to be my compressor station. I will have my Rolair JC10 compressor and two air guns in there. The top will be removable and it will roll on 3" heavy duty rubber casters that lock individually. I'm going to let the cabinet dry up and play some BF4 and then head down in an hour or so and play some more.
  5. Wow. That's a pretty sweet machine! But seriously, how much torque do we need? I will be in the market for a new hammer at some point and ,y brushed Dewalt 20v was a powerhouse! I used a 4" hole saw through the base sill, and exterior wall and through vinyl siding. It was a work out but she did it just fine. My brother who is a Milwaukee guy was amazed.
  6. Yeah I like it a lot. I've had it for several years now. The thing is wicked powerful plus no oil to change. It's a completely sealed uni.
  7. Of course you'll have to add my Makita Magnesium Hypoid to the chart too

    Anyone

Don't forget that you are part of this forum and the enthusiasm you have helps other members here too. Your part of the collective dude! You'd be amazed what you can do with a circular saw, a small drill and some planes and chisels and an idea.
  14. Yeah believe it or not, you can drive a 6 axle peterbilt with a drivers license ANYWHERE IN THE USA WITHOUT A CDL A!!!!!! You just can't be in commerce! That's how we've got all of those 90 year old people driving 60k Tri Axle RVs around without any restrictions. Scary ain't it?
  15. Had some good news at my job today so I went out with my wife and in laws but before I went out, I got to play with my wedding present from my awesome wife! Putting some 8mm tenons into my out feed table I'm assembling....
  16. Dude. I've got my "A" on my license. I don't drive professionally but i am a federally certified inspector. That's a heck of an idea. I'll share that sometime!
