Chris is right, that's the way to go fur sure if your on a buget or if your just a DIY guy, shit even if your in the trades and you can wait for it to ship out to you. Another place he mentioned was Home Depot but every once and a while the rental tools will go up for sale for a decent price usually

I bought it last week and it's sweet, I fit my fuel sawzall, m18 fuel hammer drill, m18 fuel impact, m12 fuel impact, m12 fuel hammer drill, m12 oscillating tool, m12 right angle drill charger and m12 flashlight in this box and it was easy to setup and grab what I needed and back in they went

Flea markets are my go too, I have got so much stuff from them it's unreal! I go every weekend and always find great deals. For every three tables I see one has loads of new/used tools for half price.
