  1. Started this last January and finally got around to neaten up the low voltage wiring to the controls. Did not like the exposed low voltage wiring so I decided to run some more EMT to conceal the 18 gauge wire.. When I change the boiler I will take care of the white thermostat wires that are above the Zone Valve control panel
  2. I've been dying to get a Kreg set. Nice box set up Comp
  3. Thanks NER,,, I cut my teeth in the residential plumbing/heating trade in the late 80's through the mid 90's then landed a Union Job with the Operating Engineers in NYC, from 1996-2014. NowI'm with the same company but no longer Union , working in their Residential operation Dept. I used to do a lot of side work with a cousin of mine that is in the same business as me, kitchens, bathrooms, boilers etc. We wanted to do all the work ourselves from the gut to the tile and trim work. We both loaded up on a lot of tools over the years.. My Dad is a Master Carpenter by Trade (78 years young) we try to do a lot together when we have the time for family and friends. I never get bored of adding more tools to my collection. I also have a QEP 10" and a MK 7" wet saws that are not pictured along with a slew of hand tools. I noticed about the pics as well but when I open them up on my I-Pad they are right side up? Not sure why?

  8. All the Depots by me all carried Hilton for a long time, picked up a lot tools from them over the years. They always had good support there and let you try out the tools as well... I miss the Hilti section......
  9. That's a great deal Comp, did you pick up any of the new carbide Sawzall blades from Diablo? I hear they will cut through cast iron pipe...
  10. Thanks BigMikez,, I realyy like the look of these new tools, especially the hammer drill. Can't wait to break the cherry off of these bad boys...

  13. I have a Victor 88E DMM and a Fluke 179 DMM, and a,couple of clamp style and a Wiggy as well, love all of them. I got this case from Zeikos and custom cut the foam to fit all my meters, keeps them all in place.

  15. Thanks, didn't think I could figure out how to use the quote function on my I-Pad. Just told my six year old he is going to have to help his old man unload the gang boxes to take a group shot of the entire arsenal after the new arrivals come in.......

  17. Hey Mikey, i must have missed your post, Thanks man! Is that your first jump into Makitas or are you adding? that is one hell of a kit especially for that price with the saw.. their impacts are great, that drill is insane and the saw has tons of power! the stock blade on that saw is really nice actually . thinking about it, you most likely have them by now... what do you think so far? I'm slowly adding to my Makita collection, have a impact driver, chipping gun, demo hammer. I used to be a big fan of Porter Cable, but not any longer. I have a porter cable 315 cordless hammer drill that no longer has the umph it used too. So I turned to Makita for a cordless hammer/drill driver and saw this deal and couldn't pass it up. The tools should arrive on Monday, they did not have them in stock. I think that deal lasts till the end of this month, you can also get Makitas 36 volt rptary hammer instead of the circ saw. I'll post pics of the kit when it arrives
  18. Thanks guys,,, I'm going to try to get to this service center soon to see what I can trade in, I'll let you know how I make out
  19. Thanks for the rite up Regopit.... Pretty soon It will be time to click the "Add to Cart" button on a tracksaw
