I used to dj at parties weddings, high school dances and did it for over 10 years. I was at a birthday party and a guy didn't like that i didn't have a song he wanted. He thought i was messing with him and got pissed. He started pushing me and i shoved him back and told him to back off. He left and came back with a gun. the rest is history. After he shot me, he shot my brother in the shoulder as he threw a beer bottle at him. In the end i had a deflated lung, scar from the breathing pipe i had on the side of my chest and a scar from my belly button up to my chest. Now thinking back i really haven't won anything but I am one lucky man. Was shot twice by a 38 caliber at close range, one in the leg and one in the chest. After 5 days in intensive care made me change the way i see things in life. How lucky am i? Very lucky to have a beautiful wife and son and lucky to just have life.
