  1. Good recommendations on boots guys. I work at a coal mine so Matterhorns are my boot of choice. I rotate between a non insulated pair for summer ( made in USA ) and a insulated pair for winter. Those unfortunately are made elsewhere and they show it. The good part about Matterhorns is I trade them in after every season for a new pair. They have a really good warranty on them and they have always honored it. Both pairs don't really have a break in time either. The one problem with the USA pair, there is not a lot of support for ankles. But that makes them flexible and comfy.
  2. That is a good idea too. I will definitely have my eye out for more now that I know they are out there.
  3. Picked these up at while antique shopping this weekend. I like ford and tools so I got them. From doing some research, I found out ford put together tools sets for their cars. I think I may put them in a glass case and hang them up.
  4. My vote would go towards the knipex also. They have several styles, lengths and handles to chose from.
  5. Very cool find! I can't believe I haven't seen this company. My next big investment is going to be a new tool box for my truck. I was wanting a custom box that would fit me. I have been making sketches and doing some research. These are the two companies I found so far. http://www.800toolbox.com http://www.truckbox.com/crosslowprofiletoolboxes.html I like the idea of drawers in the box. Again thanks for posting this! I am a fan of tool boxes. The fleet pick ups where I work have whether guard and I have just not been impressed by them the way they want to crack on the seams. Also to answer your question about where to get new strouts for your lid. Just take it off and go to Orielys and match it up with one they use for hoods or rear hatches.
  6. I own several grey pneumatic sockets and love them. I don't have this set but I'm sure it is of same quality as there others. http://www.amazon.com/Grey-Pneumatic-1235TT-Impact-Socket/dp/B0076PB1H8 http://www.gpsocket.com/products/search.phtml It maybe more than you want to spend but they do make nice socket sets.
