  1. The dewalt 16g 18v and 20v are really awesome. If you want a battery nailer that is as good as air. But the Dewalt guns are expensive. But like they say. You get what you pay for. I promise they won't disappoint. If they do you must of got a lemon. And take it back for a new one. And they last all day. Awesome tool from dewalt. And I grew up on Makita tools. So im not a some fan boy. [emoji6] [emoji375]

  2. I had to do these free handed too. I had to buy a 1/16 or a 1/8 in router bit where they were so small.

This was the original that I tried to match as close as possible.

  3. kutos to you and your time invested in doing this free hand, I would have taken 10 hours to do that and then find out I spelt larry wrong....lol

[emoji23] [emoji23] [emoji23] I had to double and triple check. I thought I had miss spelled something. I sent a pic to my wife to make sure it was right. Lol

  4. I think that's only some of their electronics stuff, the have bags and pouches stuff made in China too....nothing really note worthy, outside of pliers, made outside of Germany, in my opinion :)

Yea probably. I have no say in how good any of them really are. Never had any of there brands in my hands.

  5. Well we have a HD and Lowes Permathread for deals so why not start an Amazon one. Specially with the holiday deals coming up.

Today's gold box deal they have the black and decker matrix kit for 149. Never used this kit but a buddy of mine at work got one from his fiancée and said he actually thought it was a decent set, worked for him.

Here's the link, this would make a good starter tool kit for someone.

  6. Thanks comp. it's not much but figured I would share. I'm not much of a wood worker but would like to learn. It would help if I had more wood working tools though.

You did great. You never get good if you never do it your self. Good job. To you and your wife.

  7. So I have been doing a couple home projects. In the bathroom we have a whirlpool tub but the previous owner never installed an outlet for the pump. So I had some spare space in the breaker box for another breaker. I ran about 24' of wire and installed a gfi. Next was a door to get access to the water lines for the tub. As it was it was boxed in with drywall. And I am going to patch a spot in the ceiling where the roof leaked before we moved in and put a new roof on. The wireing is done just working on the door and ceiling now. I built the door cause I couldn't find where I can buy just a door. We had some extra 1 bys from trimming out the living room so that's what I used. My wife and I both like the old time look. My wife stained it.

I like the door a lot. And it will break up the white too.

  8. Nice work Miller, I'm sure there are some patterns out there but I think you got the free handing down, and the thing about patterns unless you have multiple sizes you limit yourself where as your freehand method the world is your oyster.

Thanks man. And I didn't think about the sizes part. That would suck if somone had to buy a set every time they made something. Lol. Glad I don't need um. Did you see the numbers I done free handed too? The ones for the church? They were fun. I had to buy a 1/16 or a 1/8 of a inch router bit to do them.

  9. I don't think so, I have some wera torx l keys that are made in Czech Republic (pretty sure) and I want to say my Wiha terminators are German, don't quote me though...

Ok. I think the wera are designed in Germany and made in the UK or somewhere near there. Or the wira? I'm not positive I just think I heard that on that video someone posted earlier. The one that said don't watch. And maybe ther is just a manufacturer there in UK? I'm very interested in both of them. And I like the ones that have a place to put pliers. I needed that a few times. Just had to use vise grips. What ever works right. Lol

I don't have any other way to make the letters other than free hand. Im sure they make something to use as a pattern. But I think it's kinda cheating on your self. It may be faster with the patterns.? But I think I done it pretty fast just drawing it and going strait to routing. Do they make patterns that make letters look like what I did here?

This is the previous pastors name and sign. I tried to match it close, to match the rest of the sign that's outside.

  11. Nice drivers bro, I have alot of Wiha. I love my Wera ratcheting drivers,I have several Wera bit check kits too, Great stuff.

Is wiha and wera made by the same company? I was just wondering because there names are kinda similar. I don't have to use screw drivers much in construction. Building houses. Usually just a impact is all I need. Or the hammer drill.
