regarding the empire mistake, home depot has the same sku number for both, I know because i was at the store and i needed a saw guide. and the empire (blue with handles) was an option they didnt even have the silver one anyways i saw the blue one and saw it was in stock so i went to the isle and all they had was a silver one with no handles so i asked that lady umm online its showing a blue one with handles this ones silver and handleless, she was like hmmm she had a few blue's on the shelves up top that they got for me, she says they believe both have the same sku, so when you ordered yours the shippers saw the SKU and just grabbed whatever..... btw i only wrote all this because im on a computer lol not my cell.

Habitat for humanity store is whats up! i love the one by my house, so many great deals. I lucked out because this is the only one prob within 300 miles that has good deals, ive been to others and they seem so HIGH priced. I scored simpson strong ties that go for 9 bucks at HD for 50 cents each, and a rubber maid shed that goes for 299 at costco for 25 bucks... sold as is based on them not knowing if all the parts are in the box, i scored and it had every part!

Scored a great deal on my first portable band saw a Milwaukee Deep cut 6230 for 70 bucks on craigslist. power cord was a bit worn so i got a new one for 15 bucks.

the 19.99 price is what got me, and it better work well, since i dont have any ryobi batteries or chargers lol, right now its a top of the line pricy paperweight lol . My buddy let me use his for a few min last week, the only thing i dont like is that the button is so sensitive, when i was trying to take out the needle thats stowed away in the handle i think i hit the trigger button like 5x by accident and it kept going off, just my two cents on what im not crazy about. ANYWAYS, at the moment its doing a BANG-UP job as a paperweight.
